The recent sunny weather has resulted in the flowers at the front of our garden providing a spectacular show. The Mesembryanthemums (otherwise known as Livingstone Daisies) have flourished recently.

Over the night of 11/12 March 2006 around 150mm of snow fell on Eaglesham. By midday the wind to drifting the snow although rising temperatures led to a thaw setting in. Here are a few views from a morning walk.

On the 18 June 2005 Eaglesham held its Fair for the first time in five years. In addition to the usual attractions, the was a short flying display from a Hawk from RAF Leeming.

This Gallery shows some pictures we have taken in and around the village we live in - Eaglesham, located around 10 miles south east of Glasgow.
Our Main Gallery includes pictures from our other wide range of interests.
Equipment includes Canon and Ricoh 35mm SLR cameras with images scanned on a Nikon Coolscan. Our digital equipment include Canon SLR and Fuji Finepix Cameras. Early digital pictures were taken with an Olympus C900Z (which unfortunately was stolen).
Quite a few of the images have been processed using Adobe Photoshop. |
